Problem
The original RC platform had limited durability, a broken windshield, a fixed gear system that restricted performance tuning, and a nonfunctional stock remote control. Additionally, the system lacked an efficient, sustainable power solution for extended usability and customization.
Solution
To address these issues, I repurposed the rear section of the vehicle by installing a solar panel to restore functionality while introducing renewable charging capability. A differential is being added to the drivetrain to improve power distribution and allow for future performance tuning. Simultaneously, I am developing a new 3D-printed remote control with improved ergonomics, a dedicated boost button, and integrated solar charging, enabling greater control, reliability, and long-term adaptability.
This project serves as a hands-on exploration of mechanical systems, electronics, and product design at a compact scale. By combining performance upgrades, renewable energy integration, and custom controller design, the RC Lamborghini project reflects iterative engineering, creativity, and practical problem-solving in an informal yet technically driven environment.

I think this is my coolest project yet! I hope to continue more personal projects like these in the future.
