Construction Management Intern
Contributed to Phase I of a 176-acre, $2B pharmaceutical project, supporting multidisciplinary teams across engineering, construction, quality, cost, and site logistics.
Performed site safety inspections, design reviews, quantity takeoffs, document control, and drawing markups, supporting revisions, change orders, risk assessments, and schedule coordination.
Utilized Bluebeam, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit, AutoCAD, StuWare, STAAD, and RISA for design review, structural analysis, document management, and project coordination.
Supported NCRs, Work Package Owners (WPOs), Engineering Detail Reports, FQM reviews, EOR coordination, test packs, and P&ID completion tracking, including recommendations for corrective actions.
Assisted the cost management team with estimates, contingency forecasts, departmental cost breakdowns, resource allocation, and development of a custom dashboard for project monitoring.

Contributed towards food safety and assisted living facility projects.
Learned how to draft RFI's, submittals, RFP's, and keep communication with subcontractors, and construction engineers.
Tracked construction progressions using excel spreadsheets, interpreted structural and MEP designs, conducted constructability reviews.
